on July 9, 2015, Wang Yanhong, general manager of Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group Co., Ltd, Zou Kangning, general manager of AVIC Beijing Co., Ltd., signed a cooperation agreement on the establishment of a Kenya joint venture in Beijing as representatives of both parties.
