(1) the requirements of UV varnish hyperid technology on printing hardware are similar to that of water-based varnish hyperid technology, which requires printing on high gloss paper and more than 5+1 printing equipment. The operation is similar, but the drying method is UV curing drying, and the hardware requirements are higher
(2) adjusting the contrast effect of twig and highlight and the contrast effect of matte on highlight are all completed by adjusting the inking amount of oily UV varnish. Please pay attention to the drying problem of UV varnish. In order to ensure the drying of UV varnish, the printing speed can be appropriately reduced, and the specific speed depends on the drying condition
(3) at the same time, please note that the branching effect that completes the branching and highlight effect, oily varnish and high gloss UV varnish are special gloss used together; The matte oil and highlight UV oil that complete the matte and highlight effects are special gloss oils used together

The main colors include silver, bright gold, metallic color, rainbow interference color and chameleon series. Among them, pearlescent powder has different particle sizes according to the direction and effect of use. The smaller the particle size, the stronger the covering power of pearlescent powder; The larger the particle size, the stronger the gloss of pearlescent powder; In the printing industry, there are strict requirements for particle size. Small particle size can be used for offset printing, and larger particle size can be used for flexo printing and gravure printing, with better results

when using alcohol free fountain solution, pay attention to that the original water roller of the printing machine contains hydrophilic substances, which is a water roller that can directly use alcohol free fountain solution. However, if the non original water roller is replaced, it does not contain hydrophilic substances, which will affect the use of alcohol free fountain solution
