Maintenance methods for long-term unused heating surface of coal-fired heat transfer oil furnace proper: dry method and wet method. Dry maintenance method shall be adopted when the boiler is shut down for more than one month, and wet maintenance method can be adopted when the boiler is shut down for less than one month. ① Dry maintenance method: after the boiler is shut down, remove the boiler water, thoroughly remove the internal dirt and wash it. Then inject the treated soft water for food packaging to the full water level of the boiler's lowest safety panel assembly industry, which is facing a considerable market space. Then inject the prepared alkaline solution into the boiler, whose composition is: sodium hydroxide (caustic soda), kg per ton of boiler water; if sodium carbonate (soda ash) is selected, 20kg per ton of boiler water, or disodium phosphate, 20kg per ton of boiler water. After all the alkaline solutions are added, inject soft water into the boiler until the water emerges from the highest part of the boiler. During the maintenance period, the furnace shall be dried by low fire regularly, and the water shall be circulated regularly to make the concentration of alkaline solution consistent everywhere. Take alkaline solution for test every five days. If the alkalinity is less than mmol/1, add the solution. Wet maintenance is not allowed in cold places to avoid boiler water freezing and damaging the boiler. 2、 Maintenance of fuel gas burner 1. Clean the oil filter regularly. 2. Keep the photo eye clean. 3. Drain the water and dirt accumulated at the bottom of the oil tank at regular intervals. 4. Clean the inside of the burner at regular intervals. 5. The temperature near the burner shall not be too high, otherwise normal operation will be affected or burner components will be damaged, especially the control box. 6. The area near the burner shall be kept clean and inflammable sundries shall not be placed. 7. Unstable voltage may damage some components of the burner. 8. Avoid splashing the burner with water. 3、 Maintenance of other auxiliary equipment of heat transfer oil furnace 1. Clean the filter in the oil (gas) circuit every month. 2. Clean the furnace, flue pipe and flue once a year. 3. Regularly lubricate the motor and water pump bearings. 4. Tighten the flue and machine bolts regularly. 4、 Boiler inspection 1. According to the regulations of supervision regulations on safety technology of steam (hot water) boilers, the boiler shall be subject to internal and external inspection and hydrostatic test in case of any of the following conditions. ① After new installation, modification and relocation. ② When the operation is stopped for more than one year and the operation needs to be resumed. ③ After major repair of pressure components. ④ According to the boiler operation, if there is doubt about the equipment status, it must be inspected. 2. Before inspection, the heat-conducting oil furnace shall be completely shut down and the scale and soot shall be completely removed. If necessary, the outer packaging and thermal insulation materials of the furnace wall shall be removed. The key points of the internal inspection are as follows: ① the defective parts in the last inspection. ② The inner and outer surfaces of boiler pressure parts, especially the openings and welds, shall be inspected for cracks, cracks and corrosion. ③ Check the pipe wall for wear and corrosion. ④ Check whether there is crack, fracture and corrosion at the joint of boiler bracing and pulled components. ⑤ Whether the pressure parts are sunken, bent, bulged and overheated. ⑥ Whether there is corrosion at the contact between the drum (drum) and the brick lining ⑦ whether there is scale and water slag at the water side of the pressure element. ⑧ Whether there is corrosion or crack at the interface between the water inlet pipe and the blowdown pipe and the drum (shell), and whether the connecting part of the blowdown valve and the blowdown pipe is firm. 3. The key points of the external inspection of the heat-conducting oil furnace equipment are: ① whether the systems in the boiler room are complete, and whether the stoker and water quality laboratory personnel have special certificates. ② Whether the safety passage around the boiler is unblocked at that time, and whether the pressure components, pipelines and valves in the boiler room are deformed or leaked. ③ Whether the three safety accessories are sensitive and reliable, and whether the connecting channel between the water level gauge, safety valve, pressure gauge and the boiler body is blocked. ④ Whether the actions of various safety protection devices are sensitive and reliable. ⑤ Whether the auxiliary equipment of the boiler operates normally. ⑥ Whether the boiler water treatment equipment operates normally and whether the water quality test indicators meet the standard requirements. 4. After the inspection, the hydrostatic test shall be carried out according to the requirements of this manual
